The “Square Head” is a sculpture by the french artist Sacha Sosno, and it is also the very first giant sculpture to have been transformed into a unique architectural building. Sacha Sosno is one of the main artists of the area and founded in the 1960’s the modern art movement called “Ecole de Nice”. The “Tête Carrée” (square head building) library in Nice, France, was completed in 2002 in collaboration with the architects; Yves Bayard and Francis Chapus.
